  • Custom Orders:

    • Orders for custom-stitched garments, personalized products, or fabrics cut to your measurements cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • We accept returns only for:

      • Incorrect items received

      • Defective or damaged products

    • To be eligible for a return:

      • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

      • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-stitched garments

    • Fabrics cut as per your order

    • Personalized items

    • Items on sale or clearance

  • Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • For other cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    • Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
